Speaker Bios

 Pastor Jonathan W. Allen, Sr., a native of Washington, D.C., is a Pastor, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Entrepreneur and Author. He was educated in both public and private institutions in the District schools and leveraged athletic abilities to attend Elon College (Burlington, NC) on scholarship. Pastor Allen is a graduate of Nyack College and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Divinity from Virginia Union University.

After serving for several years as a youth minister at Canaan Baptist Church, he prayerfully and eagerly accepted his calling from God to organize a ministry, which in October 2011, merged with another local church, Love the Word Church, and became Love the Gospel Church.

Pastor Allen has added the title of “published author” to his list of attributes. His first work is a weekly devotional, “Not A Sermon: Just A Nugget,” and shares 52 biblical principles that allow the reader to reflect upon the Bible’s application to their life and walk with God. Pastor Allen’s current book. “Release To Receive,” gives readers an opportunity to enhance their life by “letting go” so God’s will can be done and ultimate blessings come forth. The concept of releasing and receiving is illustrated through the biblical character of Hannah.

Pastor Allen continues to work to help others pursue their dreams and goals around business ownership. Through all of his personal and professional accolades, his faith in God and life of ministry is what drives his pursuit of helping others and doing the work he has been appointed to complete. He continues to preach the gospel and advance the Kingdom of God. Through Allen Ministries, co-founded with his mate and partner for life, Pastor Kimberly R. Allen (Pastor Kim), Pastor Allen continues to pursue his purpose and passion of working in the kingdom so that Souls will be Saved and Lives will Be Changed.

Keith Duncan is the Founder/CEO of His Call Ministries, whose mission is to cultivate a passion for the presence of God.  His heart is to see the body of Christ experience a fresh encounter that will fuel them in their passionate pursuit of Christ.  His Kingdom-Focused worship is paralleled with a powerful, impacting and prophetic word.

As an author, song writer, conference speaker and Kingdom Psalmist, Keith believes that passion is ignited and purpose is discovered as people enter into the atmosphere of God’s presence.  This experience is developed as he teaches, trains and imparts into others a knowledge of the King, the environment in which He dwells, and how to create that environment both corporately and privately.

Jonathan Jr., known to some as Jay or Jon, accepted Christ as Lord and Savior of his life at the age of 9. With parent who pastored, growing up had some challenges, however their teachings became the foundation of his life: God, Love, Faith, Sacrifice, Vision and Leadership. Jonathan believes that once you maximize the love of God, any situation can change by treating others as you would want to be treated. At the age of 16, God gave him a vision to start his own business and FASTING Enterprises was born. He is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of FASTING. Jonathan is also the Chief Operating Officer of Clutch Clothing, LLC, which is another business venture God had given him.

God utilizes Jonathan in ways that most people find unconventional or they just “haven’t quite put their finger on it”. Jonathan credits that to what he has prayed for. He believes that God wants His people to pray for things that seem unobtainable in their situations. Jonathan counsels many, helping build their dreams and visions. He has touched many lives all over the world and has no thought of slowing down anytime soon.  His favorite scripture is from Philippians 2:3-4 (NIV) “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, consider others above yourselves, (4) not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” He already knows he has won the race; he has the victory, all because he has faith in God.

Apostle Lonnell Pritchett is a vibrant and anointed prophetic voice who demonstrates the Father’s love.  He is a true father to many with a mission to see everyone go on to perfection (maturity) as stated in Hebrews 6:1.  His passion is to train and equip others to be used by God until miracles become the norm in the life of the believer.  He is the Senior Pastor of Perfecting Worship Center in Largo, MD.  He and his wife Nichole live in the DMV area with their daughter.

Rev. Larry Owens, Jr. was born in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is the loving husband to the former LaWanda Brown, and proud father of ReNata (derived from the Latin word renātus, which means “reborn” or “born again”). Reared in Richmond, VA, Rev. Owens attended Henrico County Public Schools and graduated from Varina High School in 1992.

Believing in scholastic achievement, he furthered his education, and received an Associates of Applied Science degree in Mortuary Science from John Tyler Community College in May of 1995.  By April of 1996 he became the youngest duly licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the state of Virginia. Rev. Owens continued his education at Virginia Commonwealth University where he received a Bachelor of Religious Studies degree in May of 1997.  After which, he earned his Masters of Divinity degree from Virginia Union University Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology in May of 2000. Rev. Owens is currently a candidate Doctor of Ministry student at the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.  Rev. Owens was called to pastor the historic Canaan Baptist Church of Washington, DC in May of 2009.  Serving as their fourth pastor, Rev. Owens has facilitated, inspired and led the growth in membership and ministries.  More than 215 people have joined the fellowship of Canaan through baptism, reinstatement, or Christian experience.  He initiated the theme “Come G.R.O.W. with me” recognizing that God Rewards Our Work.  Throughout various states along the east coast and even internationally, in Belize, South America, and the Virgin Islands, Rev. Owens has powerfully and plainly spread the good news about our Savior.  He is an anointed preacher and teacher who is passionate about serving the Lord and his community.  He holds many titles including husband, father, pastor, entrepreneur, and friend.  However, the title that is most important to him is that he is a child of God.

Donjia Wilson was born and raised in Newark, NJ. She is the only child and second oldest granddaughter of Pastor Mattie Wilson. Donjia is recognized for her songwriting skill and her anointing to worship. She attends Chosen Generation Ministries in Newark, Nj, where she wears many hats but praise worship leader, head youth leader, and M.I.T are her main hats.

Donjia is a new gospel artist who released a EP in March 2017 entitled “Evolution Of Redemption”. Redemption Music was birth in 2012 from a vision given to Donjia by God to finally take up her cross and do greater works. Donjia has such a passion and love for God’s people. She has a real heart for the youth and young adults and enjoys ministering, mentoring and empowering them to embrace the fullness of Jesus Christ and his plan for their lives. Also to spread hope and inform everyone that no one is a mistake and God has a purposeful plan for their lives. The mission of this ministry is to redeem Jehovah’s people back to their true owner, which is Him. The focus scripture is Psalms 111:9(KJV) He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name. Through many methods such as words, building relationships, trust, fellowship and music D.R.M will get the message across the world of Jesus Chris, His love, grace and His mercy.

Some call her a worshipper, lover of Christ and His people, psalmist, songwriter, inspirational speaker and exhorter, who enjoy using her gift for the Lord Jesus Christ but she answers to child of the King.
